220-20x 65% = 130...looks good to me
Does it burn up muscle using higher heart rates? I usually run mine between 170 and 180 for 40 minutes
I am 6' 225 age 33.
yes ... I'm 33 also around 210-215 lbs .... I was going for an hour at 170 and getting thinner but thinner everwhere ... arms especially .... now i go between 130-135 and maintain
for fat burning anything between 65% and 75%
(220-AGE)0.7 = HR
Thats what suck about cardio, i do it all out has well, i cant keep a steady slow pace to get my heart around 130 bpm.Originally Posted by y100adics
