    protien

    how much whey protien should be taken in a daily diet .if your tryn to cut ........

    from what i have been hearing 25% whey....the other 75% lean meat..

    if i weigh 230 with 15%bf......how much protien should i be taken in one day

    your body weight. Divide your body weight into however many meals you want to have, and thats your target.. Bingo! At the end of the day, you want to consume your body weight to keep the positive nitrogen balance..

    yea, just shoot for at least 1g per pound of bodyweight if you are working out pretty hard. whey is a very fast digesting protein so you should use it PWO, other than that i would go with slower digesting sources.

    also be careful, i heard you can get suspended for misspelling protein

    1) Its some subjective as per the need of Protein. It can be anywhere from 1-2g/lbs. I take in just under 1.5Gs/Lbs
    2)Your protein should be derived from food as much as possible. 25% is not unreasonable either.
    If you are trying to cut I would stress much more importance on Cals/Carbs and fat.
