YEs you can use potatoes. Yes you should use Brown rice in bulking. I would use the latter over the former, yet both can be utilized.
There are different types of brown rice and the carbs can range from 40-120g per cup
yeah, they can be used, just like grits for breakfast and such, but my experience has been similar to yours...i don't feel like i stay as "tight" when i'm not going with brown rice...
