i am trying to gain weight i have gained 18lbs in about 3months but i dont think its all muscle i seem to be gaining weight in my midsection but i seem to also gain alot of size on my arms and chest i eat alot of chicken and eggs but i also eat out like hamburgers and fries and ribs should i just keep doing what im doing and start cutting around summer time or should i lay off the hamburgers now if so any suggestions on other things i could eat simple things i dont have alot of time to cook
