    Help

    i am trying to gain weight i have gained 18lbs in about 3months but i dont think its all muscle i seem to be gaining weight in my midsection but i seem to also gain alot of size on my arms and chest i eat alot of chicken and eggs but i also eat out like hamburgers and fries and ribs should i just keep doing what im doing and start cutting around summer time or should i lay off the hamburgers now if so any suggestions on other things i could eat simple things i dont have alot of time to cook

    yes fries...yummy trans fat and greasy saturated burgers.... thats where your weight is coming from

    Try cooking your weeks meals in one day, so that you have your meals ready to go throughout the week..Also when I bulk I dont mind letting go of my abs for awhile but that doesnt mean eat anything you want..Post your diet and you will get better advice but I would definetly cut out the fries and any other junk food you are eating ..

    my diet is
    4 or 5 whole eggs and glass of skim milk breakfast

    i usually eat with my boss at rushs or somewhere fast for lunch
    snack on beef jerky throughout work day
    get home eat some chicken and cottage cheese or make a couple of turkey sandwiches
    workout
    weight gainer shake and banana
    dinner whatever my girl makes like spaghetti or chicken and greens or hamburger helper
    before bed i snack on whatever i think has some protein like cottage cheese and glass of milk
    any suggestions on what i could do different and stupid questions can you buy just egg whites or do you get yolk out someway thanks for help so far guys
