Quick critique
Im in a college dorm, male, 19 yrs old, 6', 170 ibs. Wanting to look fit, not huge.
Despite the low weight, I dont look skinny, and my stomach is a gross pot belly that no one knows I have, so getting rid of that is my first priority right now.
Im trying to avoid protein shakes for now
I eat all throughout the day, not really in this exact order:
Oatmeal
apple
banana
carrots
turkey/lettuce/cucumber sandwich (wheat bread)
turkey burger
small salad
almonds
nonfat yogurt
bean tortillas
spaghetti or rice
and some tuna
Thats doing 40 min cardio @ 70% max heart rate in the morning on empty stomach, working out at about 3p.m. each day. Probably could use more protein I suppose...but again Im not looking to get big.
Im looking for some critique as well as ideas on when exactly to eat these foods and what should be grouped together into one meal
Thank youLast edited by wakatak87; 01-15-2007 at 10:07 PM.
