PLEASE help critique my Diet (CUTTING plan)
6'1 230lbs 15% bf.......just wanting to get real cut i think if i did drop 15 or so lbs.....i would be there........ideal BF for me would be between 8% to 6%
Cutting Diet (please help in any way)
Meal 1 8:00 A.M
Lean protein, 1/2 cup oatmeal...P6 (testostron buster)
Meal 2 10:00 A.M
Protein shake 2 cups...2tbsp flax seed
Meal 3 12:00 P.M
Veggies, lean protien (of some sort)
Meal 4.. 2:00 P.M
Protein Shake
Meal 5 5:00 P.M
Veggies, lean Protien, 1/2 cup oatmeal
Workout (creatine/P6) 7:30 to 8:45.......Cardio 8:45 to 9:15
Meal 6 9:30 P.M
Protein shake

U have no daily total or amounts of some sort... come on man...

haha my bad.......kinda new to this whole diet thing.....i basically went off of Swolecats cutting info...basically up'd the protien intake like he said really
