OR

you can use "weight control" oatmeal by Quaker. Theyre flavored but its got all the xtra ingredients that come along with it that arent really necessary. Still 1g of sugar per packet.

Oatmeal is all gonna be the same as long as it isn't flavored, the only thing that varies is the cook time and size of the oats.
