Is it good to eat alot of fruit while bulking and if so why and what kind of fruit is the best

Fruit is going to typically have a high GI b/c of the high amounts of simple sugars (fructose). It would be fine during a bulking diet, but also depends on your goals, because it is definently not the best food choice for cutting, meaning you would probably not want to include it in a "clean" bulk.

Fruit is going to be really good for your body, but possibly not your goals. Veggies on the other hand offer alot of the same nutrients, but have less of the calories and simple sugar. If you don't mind veggies, grab a stalk of raw broccoli instead of that apple.
