100 gm of chicken has 30 gm of protein, so it's about 30% protein content...1kg would be 300gm of protein, all the weights i provided are after cooking............XXL

You're math is off dude. You said you eat 1kg of chicken per day = 2.2lbs or 35oz of chicken. 4oz of raw chicken breast has 26g of protein, therefore you are actually getting 234g of protein per day.

    Even if you use MikeXXL's value (100g = 30g) you are still only getting 300g/day.....1000g = 1kg.

See what happens when people try to use the metric system? It just ain't natural.

hey it depends where you buy your chicken .I had some chicken i was bying that had 13.5% meat protein only and i also bought another brand and they were 17.5% meat protein .Makes a big diference.

That would mean only 61 grams per lb
    and 77 grams per lb
how the hell do you afford 2 lbs a day .Up here that would cost me $12 just for the chicken
    $12 x 30 days = $360 chicken only, damn.
start eating tuna and eggs bro
