Without being tested (heard the clamps are unreliable), is it "understood" that if you can see your abs, not great but visible, you're at or just above 10%?

Suggestions?
Is the winny injectable? i would assume so... right?
Lookin pretty lean, what's your stats?
Have no idea what my BF is. I've got a nice little covering over my abs, which I'll get rid of and still some titty fat, which is what made me nervous about starting prop.Originally Posted by I**mfkr

Yeah, its injectable. I'm thinking of shooting 50ED. The thought of Winny ED and prop for together for 5 weeks already hurts...too many dartsOriginally Posted by FaizakaFez
BF is extremely overestimated.....or under for that matter....I was completely shredded (although skinny, but full obliques and abs) and was tested at 7.9 two days ago......to get below 7, you must be a genetic freak, on aas, or EXTREMELY dedicated to a clean diet and cardio.........
I think the BF tests are not accurate IMO.
I was around 4% for contest and I measured 6% one week and the next week 3%. Depends on how much water you're holding at the time and who is pinching you, it'll vary even if two different ppl test your back to back.
wouldn't it still be a better guideline than living by the scale?
I use the mirror and the gym(strength) to judge my progress.
The scale weight is important if you're a competitor obviously.
scale once a month. and if you haven't added any visible b/f in the mirror but 5lbs on the scale then you've made good progress.Originally Posted by hillshooter
