    Newbie cutting diet question

There is a wealth of knowledge in here and I am currently making plans to start a cutting diet. I'm back in the gym after a couple years of eating and starting a family and 2 businesses. It has been six months since I got back and I'm ready to speed up my workouts to full blast. I will be sticking to the cutting diet sticky as close as possible with some planned cheats to shock my system during any lulls. I am down to 14-16% bf and I want to be well below 10 should I do a t3 with this diet. Oh I do my cardio early 5:30 and i'm up to 45min easy. Lifting at 5pm when should my last meal be?

Last meal is an hour after you PWO drink (Usually).

So is 8pm too late or do I need to try to get in the gym a little earlier when cutting?

If you lift at 5 and you get home around 6 have your pwo shake and eat some lean protein/carbs about 45 minutes later. At 10pm have a protein/fat meal like steak and greens, salmon and veggies, cottage cheese and protein shake or eggs etc.
