depends on my mood. sometimes a little pepper and others a little jam

I only use pepper and it tastes great to me. Just search "cottage cheese" and you'll find a ton of different ways people eat it.

I don't care for fat free CC. I get the regular shit and mix in some smuckers suger free black berry jam. That and a protein shake make for a nice pre bed meal.

I love cottage cheese with sliced peaches or pears. The sweetness counters the saltiness in the cheeses like a fine wine...Great, now I'm hungry!

Wanna hear the best pre-bed meal that I perfected.....you ready...ok..
3/4 cup No salt cottage cheese (Red, Friendship - tastes much better)
1-2 tbsp of natural PB pending your macros.
Some cinnamon
3-5 splenda
S/F Choc syrup or S/f Pancake syrup and your gold.. throw in some almonds in there too if you like.
By using the no sodium CC you save urslef almost 500mg sodium
