After doing much more research before actually taking gear, I want my diet proper, what I thought was good, turns out isn't so good...so I am trying to firm it up...( I am 6'0, 250, 34 yrs old)I have calculated that I need for Bulking about 4478 calories a day at a split of:

Bulking (Cals) Pro Fat Carbs
Very Active 1791 896 1791


Bulking (Grams) Pro Fat Carbs
Very Active 448 100 448

Bulking Ratio 40/20/40

I guess I need to get these to add up, when you make your diets, what do you choose, do you shoot for getting the right grams and the calories naturally fall into place?

Anyone have any good bulking diets that are around my age?

I travel a TON, but I have no trouble carrying what I need with me...we do what we have to do...and I am in one place for the next 2 months in a hotel with a kitchen, so I am squared away right now.....
Just trying to find a good diet that meets the above criteria, and then I can tailor it from there, make substitutions etc and additions like Flax seed oil etc....hope I gave enough information
