    Diet Critique

    Ok, I am gonn hit a cycle of Test and Tren and do this diet during to strip some weight...tell me what you think..(34 YO, 6' 250lbs)

    Train Cardio
    PWO Shake w flax seed oil

    Meal 1
    8 eggs - 2 yokes and Bran or Oatmeal

    Meal 2:
    2 Cans Tuna w/ low cal Red Wine Venegarette

    Meal 3:
    2 Chicken Breasts Veg (something dark green), Yam

    Meal 4
    Can of Tuna, Protien Shake

    Meal 5
    Prot Shake

    Train

    PWO shake w cup of oats and 1 tsp Flax Seed Oil

    Meal 6:
    2 Grilled Chicken Breasts w Vegtable

    Meal 7:
    8 Eggs, 2 yokes...

    Bed

    List Macros per meal and total calories/macros for the day. Makes it easier to critique.

    I don't like many things about the diet but I'll get to that after I see the numbers.

    Are you really doing 4 protein shakes a day?
