im 5 foot 10 217 lbs and about 10% bf
just started a prop, var, winni cycle and i think i have a good diet but wanted soem input. i am going crazy afater a week bc i feel liek im eating the same things all the time.
meal 1 8 egg whites and 1 cup of oats
meal 2 2 cans of tuna with 2 tablespoons of mayo with veggies
meal 3 2 chicken breasts with veggies
meal 4 2 chicken breasts with veggies
gym
meal 5 carbo force and whey protein
meal 6 lean protein with cup of brown rice
meal 7 lean protein
meal 8 casein protein shake
im nervous that im not eating enough calories and want to know if i can eat something else besides veggies witht hose meals
