    help with diet, help

    im 5 foot 10 217 lbs and about 10% bf
    just started a prop, var, winni cycle and i think i have a good diet but wanted soem input. i am going crazy afater a week bc i feel liek im eating the same things all the time.

    meal 1 8 egg whites and 1 cup of oats
    meal 2 2 cans of tuna with 2 tablespoons of mayo with veggies
    meal 3 2 chicken breasts with veggies
    meal 4 2 chicken breasts with veggies
    gym
    meal 5 carbo force and whey protein
    meal 6 lean protein with cup of brown rice
    meal 7 lean protein
    meal 8 casein protein shake

    im nervous that im not eating enough calories and want to know if i can eat something else besides veggies witht hose meals

    please include cals and macros so we can see what your eating.

    so thats breakfast taken care of but whats he gonna eat the rest of the day?

    I was givining options he said he was sick of eating the same food everyday.

    Mind u i eat the same thing every... i love it..

    fat is way too low and there is no EFAs (good fats) in there as far as i can see. I would add a couple teaspoons of EFA oil to meals 7 and 8.

    add efas to meals 3,7,8 and carbs to meal 4
