Egg white omelet with veggies. Try searching "eggs" and you'll find TONS of different responses on what other people do. Some pretty interesting ideas out there.

I'm a biggie on the omlette as well. On days where I don't have time to chop up veggies and all that, I just scramble the egg whites.

I am a fan of scrambled, or hardboilded for eggs. I also will drink down the pasturized egg whites in a carton without cooking frequently because it is convienient.

I don't know why anybody bothers to cook eggs. It's so much easier to just guzzle them raw with a scoop of whey. quick & painless

I don't like eggs at all, I hate them but I do eat them every now and then, too bad they are good source of protein otherwise I would not touch them.

Most of my friends say this is disgusting but it tase delicious to me every morning.

I blend the eggs, raw oats, 2 scoops of whey (chocolate), little honey, and 1 tbs of natty pb and..... i have a chocholate shake with a little taste of pb.

The thickness is just right so it's like your drinking a smoothie

wal-mart, eggbeaters. kinda pricey compared to the reg egg.

And to whoever about egg yokes.

I eat one -two yokes a day. kinda high in fat/cho but its all anabolic.
