Where Do I Find Food Nutritional Content?
im trying to piece together my diet but having a problem finding a good source for nutr. content seems like every site i go to give me different info (one site gives 29gms carbs acup of oats another lists it @ 103gms big ass diff eh!) so where do i go for this?!

Check out the package too. Almost all of my nut info I get directly from packaging.

I like CalorieKing.com over fitday, it just seems like it is easier to find stuff because of the nice search function.
