    Critique my diet

Hey fellas, this year im trying to bulk up as much as possible. As of right now im 6'2 200lbs. Im unsure of my bf, pretty lean though. Please let me know how my current diet looks. Keep in mind, I work all day, so some meals change around depending what time I work or have school. I also switch around with different lean meats and carbs like pasta instead of brown rice. Anyways..this is just a basic outline...

    Meal 1
    5 Eggs
    1 Cup Oats
    1 Scoop Whey

    Meal 2
    2 Boneless Chicken Breasts
    3/4 Cup Brown Rice (uncooked)

    Meal 3
    8oz Turkey
    1 Slice Whole Wheat Bread
    1 Tbs Mayo
    1 Scoop Whey

    Workout

    Meal 4 (PWO)
    2 Scoops Whey
    1 1/2 Scoop Waxy Maize

    Meal 5
    2 Cans of Tuna
    3/4 Cup Brown Rice (uncooked)

    Meal 6
    1 Cup Cottage Cheese
    1 Banana

    Meal 7
    2 Scoops Whey
    2 Tbs Natty Peanut Butter
    1/2 Cup Oats

What can I switch up...Add/Remove to better myself? Thanks!

doesn't look top bad. i'd definetely switch meals 6 and 7 to get that casein right before bed. i know you're bulking, but i'd go with more egg whites with the yolks in meal one. i like 1 yolk to four whites, but that's up to you. if you did this i think that'd leave some room for flax/olive oil etc. somewhere instead. i realize yolks are a good source, but i think 5 in the morning might be a bit much.

Its ideal to post your macros per meal

I personally see quite a few things that aren't ideal for soley putting on LBM.
But like prada said about the macros, that's a must.. normally if a diet doesn't have everything listed I don't even comment.

Not bad bro, I'd drop the whey out of the first few meals and replace with real protein but otherwise it's a good diet for someone that doesn't plan to compete. Much better than 90% of ppl out there that lift as a hobby IMO.

Thank you for your posts. What do you reccomend I replace the whey with? Would Tuna or chicken be fine?

More of whatever meat is in that meal, sometimes I'll even do 4oz chicken and 4oz Beef if I want a bit more fat in that meal, no one says you can't mix and match meats or carbs for that matter.
