alright, so ive decided to change my eating habits.
it went from...(Monday-Friday) typically looked like this.
8:00 am ....cereal and milk...prob twice.lol
12:10 PM.....school lunch(shit on a plate)
2:00 PM probably a PB&J...sometimes nothing though.
-work out-
4:00 PM......snack, probably a protien bar, if that.
4:45 PM......wrestling practice
9:00pm Dinner
1:00AM....sleep.
to new and improved ( still needs ALOT of help)
7:45am.... Old fashion oatmeal and some egg whites.
10:00am...snack bar (protien)
12:10pm....Turkey on WW sandwhich+veggies,some almonds,somtimes some fruit.(everything i try to buy is Low in fat/sodium/sugar)
2:30pm.... snack bar
-WORKOUT-
4:00pm....Pb&J sandwhich with sugar free jelly (sometimes high protien shake instead, or even just another tuna/turkey on WW sandwhich,w/e)
4:45pm.....wrestling practice.
7:30pm....veggies,lean lean chicken,or lean beef with wholewheat pasta or brown rice healthy stuff, it changes around everyday.
9:00pm...... Snack bar (oats and honey or proitein, whatever remotely healthy)
10:00pm.....Sleep.
sodas and sweet juices etc etc, have been cut out...i only drink WATER, with an exception of SOY MILK with cereal breakfast
i would like a few pointers...im a noob with counting calories and etc etc. i just know whats kinda healthy, and when to eat it.
oh, i'm trying to gain mass, but keeping any fat low. trying to stay lean and gain more muscle.
