The Mecca of Granola

I found this stuff at Fry's (Kroger for you east coasters). Seems to be about as healthy as you can go with granola/whole grain type cereal. Check out the nutrition facts on it, looks like something I will be using quite a bit, and it doesn't really have much flavor other than adding a crunch to foods.:aaGreen22

The fat is primarily from the flax seed in the cereal, although it says on the box that it really only has a high amount of O M E G A 3's. If it contains whole flax seeds, why would it only be the O M E G A 3's?
