YEAH I have tried to go on the female forum and no responds back to me....

Well so far in my diet i have been doing five meals a day.
breakfast 6am: (ok-not the greatest) waffles ,2nd. (9am) small bowl of oatmeal ,lunch: (12:45pm) after 45mins of cardio:tuna sandwich/fruit/cup of cottage cheese (low-fat), 3rd.(3:30-3:45pm) yogurt(0 carbs/low cals)/nutri-grain bar, Dinner (5:30-7:00)no carb dinner(vegetables and some sort of steak or chicken) i know it may not be the greatest but im trying. Any ideas that i should put in or take out?
