with what it looks like your BMI approaching 40, if not higher, which would fall under morbid obesity clen is not the way to go. Sorry to take the wind out of your sails but you need to just diet and cardio w/ out taking CNS's.

I know it's not what you want to hear but it's the truth

I think a person of such high bodyfat could make significant progress with diet and exercise alone. I know you didn't ask for advice as to whether or not to use clen, but I just don't see the wisdom of using it to do something that can be done without clen, but more slowly.

why did you consider clen right away, why havent you thought of just cardio and diet and then if u thought u needed more help you can think about it more. you weight as much as i do and im 5'9, clen wont be healthy and is risky for you imo

Oh by the way, if I wanted to lose weight as quickly as possible with no fat-loss related supplements or drugs, I would take the amount of unflavored whey protein powder that I need to have 1 gram per pound of bodyweight, and split that up evenly into 8 drinks throughout the day. I'd drink a tablespoon of flax seed oil each day, and take a good multivitamin. That would be it. No solid food. And I'd do cardio every day. That diet is extreme, and would be extremely uncomfortable. I wouldn't stay on it for very many days in a row.

that diet is awful and the only reason i can think anyone would do it is because they are too lazy to work out a proper wholefood diet.

Check the "clen FAQ" in my sig for info on clen. Also check the "things to consider" link for tips on putting a diet together. Women should start at 20mcg of clen and work up from there as many are very sensitive to it. Spend a good couple of hours putting a diet together. then post it for critique in the diet forum, Once you have run the diet for a few weeks it might be time to add a substance such as clen.

It certainly is awful, especially as something to do for more than a short period of time.

I would try diet and exercise before clen. You need to get on a proper workout routine and diet before you take clen, or else it won't work.

Just wanted to say thanks for everyones response. I actually have started on a diet and cut down my carbs thru out the day, also 45min of cardio. per day. Clen was something i thought about when i was ready .....just really didnt know how far in my diet should i have started. Well I bought one-a-day with green tea extract in it which helps to build up my metobalism and it also helps to break down the food into energy. So far it has been taking affect. Since last week monday I have notice some inches off. My clothing has been fitting different. (To scared to weigh myself still ....I want to wait a little longer). But if anyone has any good diet hints let me know.

The good thing is your on the right track. When your ready you can also do some reserach on a ECA stack that can be just as effective. Make sure you streach out your meals into about 6 a day and keeps carbs moderatly low. Don't cut them all out.....

You can get more research as well as answers in the Diet forum that can help you reach your goals. ttuprincess has an example of a cutting diet that can give you a base to work with; it's somwhere around here...

    goodluck

yes there are plenty of things to adjust

Do this, post this in the diet forum, try to break down sizes and macros (caloric break down) i.e. 150 cal Total (50 gr protein/ 75 gr carb hydrates/5 gr fat).

You will get more responses and advice there... We'll help you disect it and the rest is up to you....

    Meal 1-

    Meal 2-

    Meal 3- etc.....

the cutting diet would be one place to start, but diet is not all about carbs, the brain needs carbs, and it's not all about sugar or fats, it's the whole way of living.

Read the stickies in this forum and they should help you alot..
