    Angry diet critique need help

    guys i am trying to lose inches in waist dont care as much about weight.
    heres my info 5/8 197 i workout at the gym 4 days a week sometimes 5 mountainbike 15- 18 miles, play tennis 1to 3 times a week. when i started this quest 1 year ago i was 235 way out of shape 42 inch waist, now im 37inchs but my weight loss is really slowing down. im taking clen/t3 , 40 mg of var, 20 halo, and i just started a cycle of cypinate 200mg, and supertest 250 my doc wants me to take one shot of each every week. i have just changed my diet again please tell me if this is gonna work or tell me how to fix it. protein/calories/carbs/fat

    1 metrx/skimmilk/ strawberrys
    49/494/70/4
    2 celery carrots
    000
    3 beef fajitas/ only meat and tortilla
    49/480/15/32
    4 metrx/skim/ peanut butter tablespoon/
    54/552/80/13
    5 2 ckinbreast 7oz each/ brown rice
    97/520/0/12
    6 salad/ceaserdressing no carbs

    11/325/30/19
    7 tons of water all day, a couple
    of crystal lights

    sorry calorie intake is around 2400 minus between 600 and 3000 depending on my exercise that day

    I would get rid of the strawberries get some complex carbs in..

    Lose the carrots (high GI), I would try to get a little protein, and some fiberous carbs in here even some efa's

    Beef is generally a "bad idea" because of the high fat content as you probably know. Also the tortilla- white or whole wheat? I would try maybe some shredded chicken

    I'm gunna have to say no go with this meal, you want a higher protein source and some efa's for your night, try some cottage cheese and flax or something bump that salad to the second meal.
    Where is your PWO meal? Is the Metrx a shake? Hope that was some help to you!

    okay thats good then, just dis-regard my note on the efa's.. but the protein sources in the meals, you should be looking for protein in every meal.

    I would just take my flax with the P/F meals and change the tortillas for some oatmeal or sweet potatoe, i would also take some lean cut of beef with a P/F meal not with the P/C and replace it some days for some sort of fish like salmon
