    While at work diet

Ok simple question which im sure ill get a simple answer. Im just sick of going through my diet at work. Now im just get getting tired of preparrign meals and what not. Im not gonna post my diet cause im too lazy to type it all. Just wondering since im being lazy and i do love brocolli now could i just eat two meals of just brocolli at work. I mean just load up on greens while at work then simply eat the rest of my diet when im not in the office. Wake up do my eggs whites or some oatmeal then int he office twice throughout the ten hour days i work eating some greens and a shake or two. After work hit it with my meals

    Two meals of only broccoli?

LOL, that is no useful nutrition at all
    1 cup brocolli- 1g pro/4g carbs/0g fat

You simply can't go that long without protein and expect to make any progress. With this diet, you would be putting yourself into starvation mode during work. You could use shakes, but since the liquid doesn't need to be digested, it will not raise your metabolism as much as whole food.

Basically, quit being lazy and fix the meals or you need to reevaluate your priorities.

NO! if you want it you will do all of the things that you cant stand doing day in and day out until it becomes part of you. you need to evaluate where you want to be w/ your health/physique and then map out the path. you need diet help i can already see this. so read stickies in the diet forum and copy them. I am reading this thread while i wash down dry ass chicken with water like a damn pill b/c i am not hungry and this chicken is way dry. but i do it day in and day out. i have a stack of tupperware on my desk now that looks like i just left a frikkin tupperware party. i have empty gallons of water all oer the place...what does this tell me? well besides my having to clean my damn office..it tells me I am doing 95% of the work required to be successful in this sport. the other 5% happens in the gym

Im staring at a shaker with 50g protein and 1 cup of oats waiting until 3:30 to be devoured! I get lazy sometimes too, thats where shakes really help, but short or being rich enough to have a personal cook im stuck making 10 chicken breast on my foreman and carrying around oats, and protein in my truck. Shakes would be alright at work if thats all you could use but, if you can try to get whole food. Its just so much better.
