For bulking, go for WW bagel or WW english muffins ?
I mean they got 10g protein, 1g fat, 56g carb each. Is it pretty good stuff for a bulker ?

I also just included Whole wheat Thomas Bagels to my diet:
Per serving:
270 Cals
Total fat: 2g
Protein: 12g
Carbs: 55g

there's definitely better choices than those, but i do eat WW bagels PWO and in the morning. i wouldn't use them as a staple such as oats or yams, but you could do worse.
