You have too many shakes IMO
113 grams to be correct = 43% of your protein for the day is coming from shales
if you drop some of the shakes you can use real food and fuel the thermogenics process of fat burning. also u will be fuller longer. I would also add veggies to your meals..
Also i think at 250 your cals are too low for the moment i would suggest starting out higher then dropping them week by week..Last edited by JohnboyF; 02-05-2007 at 03:57 PM.

the meal after the workout should have more carbs
because the reserve is empty and if you eat a lot of crab hydrates, it s sure, that it doesnt turn in fat.

A quick run through is that i would drop the fruit for the following reason there is no need to spike the insulin levels mid day.. The banana in the morning is fine.. actually no i remember reading somewhere that an apple is preferable in the morning b/c of some properties...ANYHOW
By dropping the apple you allow your self roughly 20 more grams of carbs from your carb sources.. keeping you fuller longer IMO
