    Drinking raw egg whites

Does anyone here drink there egg whites. I just drank my morning egg whites because I am tired of cooking and eating, too time consuming. Drinking them takes 10 sec. I also think its alot cleaner on the diet since I don't have to use anything to lube up the cooking pan. Should I be cautious about getting salomenalla?

Yup, I just purchase the eggwhites (aka egg beaters, simply egg whites) their cleaner and easier to use. That and egg white for egg white they are almost the same price as buying a dozen eggs.

As long as their pasteurized you really have no risk of salmonella poisoning unless you're storing them in the heat or in the trunk of your car.

They're cheap, easy and probably the best absorption rate of any protein.

I saw those at wal-mart. How much do you pay for that carton of egg beaters egg whites?

I purchase mine for around $2.00 for the equivalent of 16 egg whites.
The one on the right is the one I use, just a quick turn of the knob and presto.

Yeah I just got mine from walmart. One 16oz box equals 48 grams of pure protein. I am already in love with this stuff. No cooking, cleaning, cracking, just drink it down in ten seconds or less!!! Im pumped!

How's it taste? can you stomach it pretty easy as opposed to swallowing a raw egg?

    Also they are:
    # All-natural - just egg whites - no added ingredients, no preservatives
    # Pasteurized and homogenized
    # Ready to use

Also they are in a liquified state rather then being gooey. I make a night time blended shake in which I include eggwhites, and some casein protein derived from a little milk and cottage cheese. Also some added inncoucous flavoring. A wholesome "meal" in less then 3 minutes.

I just bought 4 gallons to stock up for my upcoming cycle from this shipping supplier:

    http://www.eggwhitesint.com

One gallon is thawing out in the icebox and three gallons are in the deep-freeze of my garage.

They deliver to your doorstep via Fed Ex within about 5 days.

They offer referral discounts, as well.
