    [Help] My diet while Cycle.

    Hey there,

    I would like to have some feedbacks on my diet while I'll be in cycle.

    Here it is :

    7h
    200g of fromage blanc fat free
    orange juice
    1 spoon of olive oil


    10h
    35g of casein + 200ml of water
    spelt bread


    12h00
    Salad
    150g of rice + meat

    15h00
    Tuna
    splet bread
    1 spoon of olive oil + lemon juice on tuna
    1 yoghourt + 1 fruit

    17h30
    40g of whey + 200ml of milk

    18h
    Banana just before training.

    19h15 post training
    30g whey

    20h15
    Meat + 100g rice + vegetable
    1 yoghourt + 1 fruit

    22h30
    40g of casein
    what do you guys think about it ?

    terrible to say the least.
    what are your stats/macros for each meal and final/your cycle look like?

    C'est terrible.

    I would hold off on the cycle and fix the diet up beforehand.

    I suppose it is a bulking cicle, you have to post your age, the roids you plan to take and how long tou intend to do it....

    no i'm not, what's the problem, 154lbs for 170cm ? just because of the weight/size you are judging if i'm able to take steroids or not, you have never seen me and you dunno for how long i've been training...

    its a decision i took, and i won't come back...

    154lbs - almost 19
    I was 135-140lbs at that age.

    You need to post your MACROS and total CALORIES for the diet listed little guy.

    Steroids is the last thing you should be concerned about. You need to educate yourself, you could easily put on 20lbs in the next few months or so naturally.

    there are a few things wrong with your diet but first you need to read the bulking sticky thread in the diet forum, and write your diet with the total grams of protein, fat and carbs as well as total calories listed. it will be much harder to get sidetracked if you have a very strict diet.

    in case you are lazy, here is the extremely simplified version of bulking....

    eat as soon as you get up and NEVER go more than 3 hours without a meal. each meal should have at least 35g of protein and 50g of complex carbs and other than that, eat anything and everything you can get your hands on. try to avoid completely worthless food like french fries, potato chips...etc. pizza, cereal, pb&j's with a glass of milk are all very easy to eat and are very calorie dense so you should eat them. also make a 30g whey/40g dextrose shake and sip on it right before your workout and during your workout, then make another identical shake and chug it immediately after your workout and eat a meal about 30min later.

    of course all this is assuming you have a very fast metabolism, if you add bodyfat easily this would be the worst method on earth for you.
