i'd have to say no still, but you'd have to check out the macros, who knows it might be alright, but i doubt it
I was wondering the same thing.. I love steamed veggies especially from Chinese rest. and have chinese food maybe twice a month if that since I'm not sure about the macros.. If I order anything, its steamed veggies, broc, green beans, etc..

Eating Steamed vegetable is the best way of cooking vegetable because all the Vitamines stay whole you don't burn any of them. I would steam the Vegie and Grill the Chicken

but i believe cantonese style means its in a hot spicy sauce. most of the fat and calories could be from that. i'm talking just plain old steamed chicken and broccoli. no sauce. no msg. how bad could it be?
why not prepare it yourself so you know EXACTLY what is in it, macros included?
dont have the time bro.
try this approach this what i do.. i cook on sundays my rice, eggs, meats for the week. so all i godda do is measure and go.. 30 seconds tops!
