Foods or Drinks that help with fat burning
I heard that Grapefruit juice and apple cider vinegar help eat away fat, i was wondering if this was true and if there was any other foods/drinks etc that have the same affect in speeding up your metabolisim/ or burning fat??

i know that apple cider vinegar has great health benefits. I think hot stuff like chili pepers etc. can help speed up your metabolism. also try green tea (but i think it has to be 8 cups a day or something)

Yeah Grapefruit is Excelente Dude everything that is Sour that the PH is high is good for fat lose

Grapefruit juice will not really help you lose any weight. It is proposed to help lower insulin . Which would help people that are obese/Diabetic but not really body builders to the same extent. Although it cannot hurt and is a great fruit for obvious health reasons.
Apple Cider Vinegar is much of the same, it is used as a glucose dispersal agent, much like R-ALA, Cinnamon etc....Appple Cider Vinegar also has tremendous overall health qualities, and should be consumed with carbs as it will help our body process them more efficiently. I know many that take a shot of ACV with their post workout shake. Would also be wise to consume some with any carb up or re-feed. Check out Pubmed there is tons of great info on ACV.
Both of these will most certainly "aid" in weight loss and overall health but I wouldn't call them fat burners, they indirectly aid weight through glucose metabolism. Hope this helps."without your word you're a shell of a man" - Tupac

instead if drinking all those glasses of green tea i just buy the green tea extract pills
