    carbs cutting

    i know there are some posts but i wanted to get some opinions. i usually dont really pay attention to carbs while bulking up. even at night meaning all day i eat a ton even carbs. so i dont like the added fat from it will i lose muscle by cutting carbs out after 5 pm as long as im makiing up for calorie loss with extra protein and fat?

    there are so many questions in there, I suggest you list them methodically so we can help you answer

    I will say one thing though, eating no carbs after 5 pm to cut fat is a myth.... your carb intake should be structured around your workouts, not the clock. if you work out at 7-8pm, then you can have pwo and ppwo carbs at 8.15 and 9 pm for example...you need to research more bro
