Ground Beed Substitute for Steak
Alright, i was wondering if it was safe to substitute 90%/10% Lean Ground Beef in for Eye of Round Steak in one of my Pro/Fat meals daily. The macros are virtually the same, so i assume it will be fine.
Will post macros when i get a chance if needed.

ah, i forgot to mention im cutting..still alright to do? As i said before, i should be okay as long as my daily intake is in check, correct?

Should be good to go, I switch between the two all the time. But i've never used beef while cutting, its a really calorie dense meat, but i've been thinking about including it the next time i cut.

im cutting now and thats my bedtime meal 8 oz of lean ground beef, awesome snack!

I don't know why.. but I swear by this once a day while cutting.
93 percent lean ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and basil. Stick some yellow mustard or sugar free ketchup and its a party in your mouth!!
