My diet is pretty much on and pretty much the same everyday except for a few additives I use sometimes such as rice flavoring, lite soy sauce and some other seasonings for chicken .... recently I have been feeling crazy bloated ... if I eliminate the sodium ... will it eliminate the bloating? Also, I've been eating shrimp more, of course fitting it into my macros. Shrimp has a good bit of sodium too ... thanks for all responses!
