    M1T/4AD Bulk Cycle

    Here goes:
    187lbs- 13% BF
    goal: 205 lbs. 8% BF
    Clean Bulk/Cardio (fat-burning) (35 min. @ 60-70% max heart rate)
6 meals daily: every 3 hrs (roughly 9am,12,3,6,9,12am)

    Immediately upon rising:
Vitamins/Pills drink with Ultimate Orange Powder
    then cardio

    1 gallon water daily

    MEAL 1:
1 cup oats w/ protein scoop (made w/ 1 cup nonfat milk)
5 whites and 1 whole egg
    two whole wheat toast
    one piece fruit

    MEAL 2:
1 can tuna (out of can)
    ½ cup cottage cheese
1 yoplait low fat yogurt (flavored)
Protein shake (1 scoop protein, 10 grams glutamine, 1 tblspn flax, 1 tblspn organic peanut butter, banana) made with 2 cups of nonfat milk

    MEAL 3:
2 dry chicken breast (boneless/skinless foster farms)
    1 cup brown rice
1 handful of almonds (will watch for any negative results from mixing fats and carbs)

    MEAL 4:
1 salmon burger/turkey burger (2 whole wheat buns, no cheese, lettuce, tomato, and salmon/turkey patty)
1.5 cups salad w/ Catalina dressing by Kraft (really tasty dressing)
    1 lowfat yogurt

    MEAL 5:
Post-workout shake (same as above but without peanut butter and banana)
Turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread (or whole wheat pasta with 1 chicken breast chopped pieces and tomato sauce)

    MEAL 6 (Prior to bed):
ON 100% Casein shake (1 scoop casein w, 1 tblspn peanut butter made with nonfat milk)
½ cup cottage cheese w/ apple (may not have this part of the meal...do you think it is necessary?)

Okay, I edited it in my original post. If there is any other information you guys need to give more feedback please let me know and I will edit it into my original post. As I said, this is the first time in the diet forum so I know I may make a few mistakes. But feedback is vital and I need to have the optimal diet. Thanks so much.

Hey can someone take another look at my diet. I also think working backwards may be beneficial. (i.e. determining amount of total calories needed, then determining the protein, fat, and carb count within that total). So, I was thinking that I should be consuming close to 4000 cal/day. Is this too much? Remember that I am doing cardio and also I am "on" and the goal is to bulk but to bulk cleanly and drop bf...little help...thanks.
