Started this diet 1 week ago (Feb.19/07)
Hi there,
Im new to this site and need some feedback on my diet. I came up with it myself but got a lot of useful information from friends.
Meal 1: 10:00am
1 Multi-Vitamin, 625 Tribulus
3 eggs 3 egg whites, ham
1 english muffin with peanut butter
1 protein shake with glutamine
Meal 2: 12-12:30pm
1 can of tuna with 1 tbl spoon mayo
2 piece of whole-wheat bread
1 apple
1 yogurt
flaxseed oil (1000mg)
Meal 3: 3:00pm
10 oz Chicken Breast
corn, rice
1 piece of whole-wheat bread
1 banana
2 boiled eggs
creatine, 625 Tribulus
1 HOUR TRAINING START 5:00-6:00
creatine
Meal 4: 6-6:30pm
1 10oz chicken breast/steak/fish/shrimp
12oz brown rice
1 serving of vegetables/salad
1 protein shake
Meal 5: 8:30-9:00pm
1 can of tuna with 1 tbl spoon mayo
4 rice cakes
1 yogurt
Meal 6: 11-11:30pm (bed time)
6 wheat biscuits
6 pieces of cheddar cheese
1 apple
2 cups of milk
multi-vitamin, 625 Tribulus
about 1.5 gallons of water/day
I started my 2nd cycle the same day i started eating like this. It has been exactly 8 days since ive started and i'm up from 172 lbs to 180 lbs. I feel a lot stronger as well.
Any flaws or dont fix it if it aint broke???

Yes you can definitly improve it but you have to read the stickies that apply to you. Macros must be included, goals and stats

thats a long rest period youve got there, i think for your last meal you should stick a miscelar casein shake in there, this will help growth through the night acting as a slow releasing protein to aid being of the munch for 10.5 hours. by the way how did tribulus work for you any good?
