1,600 calories, before the juice
hi, back in 91, thru 94 I was pretty big into bodybuilding. then with work and long relationship, the iron got put on the back burner. or you could say i just got lazy. none the less i find myself at 38 years old 5'7 and 230 pds. probably over 30% body fat. i have aquired quiet an arsenal of human grade deca , anabol, sustanon ,and some ugl tren , prop, and so on. but i want to take 8 weeks( just like basic traing) and drop about 45 pds of lard naturally. I dont know if it is possible, but heres my plan.
5:30 30 min cardio
6:30 one egg/8 whites
1 cup oats
1 banana 590 cal
12:00 wheat bread
tuna
1 egg
1 tb mayo
1 apple 620 cals
4:30 6 oz chick
1 cup veggie
8 oz potato
1 grapefruit 600 cals
total 1800 cals
6:00 30 min weights
30 min cardio
11:00 bed
any comments would be appreciatedLast edited by SPARROWM; 02-28-2007 at 11:10 PM.

That's not a good plan at all, I would suggest what you should do but it is all over the diet forum already, I'd suggest running a search and figuring out why you should (eat more than 3meals), (eat slightly lower than your maintenance calories each day), and (why it's a bad idea to workout and skip post workout nutrition).
I'd start there.

you'll go into ketosis before the first week is over.

thanks bdmf and dude man, i will take your advice, and get a better plan. but i think the cutting diet by rambo is a little unrealistic for the average gym rat looking to drop some fat. i will add 2 more meals, one post workout. my new question is, is 1800 cals on non workout days and 2100 on workout days a good start. btw i will burn 300 cals in morning and 300 at night after workout.

Skip out on your night time cardio and just do an hour straight in the morning. Post another diet after your revision.
