    Fat Firefighter needs help..

Hey, im new to this site and was hoping someone could help me out with a day to day diet. I have recently just realized how fat I have gotten in the past 2 years and I'm ready to change it. I have been doin cardio 3X a week and eating alot better but I don't really know what exactly I should be eating to get the best results. I am also thinking about taking Clen to help with the fat loss. Anyway my stats are 31 y/o male, 6'4", 232 lbs and 26% BF Any input would be helpful and much appreciated. Thanks in advance..

Forget about the clen. There is plenty of info out there for you to check out. Get the right diet and you will be all set.

Check out the cutting sticky that I pasted.

Agreed, forget the clen. No reason why you shouldn't hit 10% BF with a solid diet/training/and cardio regimine.

Put a diet together, add macros (carbs, fats, cals, proteins) to each meal and final for the day...post diet and we will critique.

I would up your cardio to at least 5 days/week for 1 hour in the am and later on, incorporate cardio PWO as well for 30-45min.

Ok, I would switch up your protein choices. Having 3 cans of tuna a day is not the best idea. I wouldnt consume more than 2 cans a week because of the mercury factor. Have the bulk of your carbs before and after your workouts. The rest of the day try to have meals that contain protein and good source of fat ie. fish oil. Before bed, I would have a casein protein source and some good fat.
