Just watch your diet and try to stay active during your vacation and you should be good. Its good to take a break from lifting for your muscles to rest. For me when I return from vacation, I just do what I did before but at about 30% less intensity then gradually get back to full speed in about 2 weeks. I lose about 3-5 lbs but gain it back in 2 weeks - I think its probably water loss.

Congratulations on your transformation, you look like a completely different person. In March of 06 I was 274lbs, this morning I was 183. We look to be in the same boat. I'm right about with you for your latest pictures and I'm currently on my 2nd week of cutting, so I'd say you should cut. I'm looking to get to sub 5% body fat and start a clean bulk.

    Good luck man.
