my diet when taking clen will look a little like this
morning dose of clen. Cardio at 60-70% heart rate before breakfast for about 20 -30 min water
8a.m- 5 egg whites, 1/2 cup oats, water
11a.m- 2 chicken breast 1 serving flax seed oil, water
1p.m -chicken breast, 1 cup brown rice, mixed greens, 24oz water
3p.m workout- alot of water
5 p.m PWO shake, Baked potato or brown rice
6p.m Grilled Chicken breast, 8oz glass water, 2 egg whites
9p.m Lean 8oz cut steak, cottage cheese
protien about 235 grams carbs 130grms fats 45
