    Cutting Cycle-Non AAS

Please review my planned cutting cycle below. I am 33 year old, currently 6"0 232 and somewhere in the 16%-17% BF area. (34 inch waist)

Last summer I was around 10% at 209. Need to cut after Holiday, winter bulk. Put on a good amount of muscle.

I plan on a 10-week cut to get down to about 210-215. 7-9% BF running a normal clen cycle after 2 weeks of a clean diet

    Cardio:

40-45 min AM on empty stomach

    8:00 ON shake w/ Oats 48g pro/30g carb/2g fat
    10:30 6oz. turkey or chicken, 2 tbsp flaxseed or olive oil 35g P/0 C/14 f

1:00 6 oz turk or chick, whole wheat pita w spray butter 35g P/30 C/2F
    3:30 6 oz tuna, broccoli 35g P/ 6-8g C
    5:30 Pre-WO ON shake 1/2 cup oats 30-35 g Pro/ 30g C
8:00 Post WO ON shake 1/2 cup oats and dextrose 48g Pro, 70-80g C, 2F
    9:30 4Oz Lean Meat and flax/olive oil 30g Pro, 15-20g Fat

    Bed

    Macros (260g) Pro-(178) g Carb-(40-45g) fat

    Roughly 2100 calories

Also, does anyone know if clen can interfere with trying to have a baby. Me and my wife are trying to conceive, hence the reason for no AAS, but I was wondering if clen can hinder our chances.

Thansk in advance for any advice.

You have too many shakes for a diet that doesnt have many calories. Imo, shakes should only be incorporated into your diet on an agressive bulker +3500 kcals/ed.

Regardless of bulking or cutting, I think that you should be eating a min of 6-8 oz of lean protein per meal to minimize muscle loss and strength.

If you are doing cardio and clen, only eating 2100 kcals/ed will result in some muscle loss for a guy of your height, and size. FYI, I am dropping a pound a week on my cutter of 2650 kcals/ed and I am 5'9, 190lbs, 30yrs old. Whats been great is that I have not lost any gains in the gym.

Usually I agree but after years of only post workout shakes, I have noticed big gains in muscle mass by adding a pre-workout shakes. In a cutter I believe it would protect against catabolic state.

I have run a similar diet in the past, and have never lost any strength, even when losing up to 20 lbs. I have been training for about 15 year 4+ times a week.

2100-2300 calories per day is balance between losing weight and maintaning strength. I do up the carbs from time to time when I am feeling flat.

I may try and add a few more grams in the pro-carb, but 6-8 oz at every meal for me has been overkill. 30-35 g per meal (not first or PWO) has worked wonders for me. I will probably start out around 2400 or so before tapering down a bit.
    Thanks for the advice.

Great! If this works for you and has so in the past, then no need for our opinions.

    Good luck
