Anyone have trouble eating first thing?
I'm waking about 6am and since I eat so late, I have ZERO appetite......so I pack my meals for the day, shower, get dressed, drive to work. I get in my bcaas, vitamins, etc as soon as I wake, but not eating my first meal until about 730.......is this a severe problem or does it really not matter?

First thing in the morning is the only time i actually like eating. It's less of a problem for you as it is for someone that's trying to lose weight. By pushing the meal back, you're delaying the jumpstart in metabolism that eating gives.

How would this differ though from someone doing fasted am cardio? Same principle, no?

You didn't disporve my point.......maybe it's low intensity cardio.....walking to shower, dressing, walking into starbux, walking up 4 flights to my office, etc.....I wanna know if the BCAAS will allow me to maintain muscle or does the body start eating itself immidiately.....remember, I've eaten 5-6 hours pre waking....

make yourself eat man, just chew and swallow, if you can't swallow take a sip of water with each bite so it will go down. have you ever been on a bulking diet before? there will be plenty of times where eating is the last thing on earth you want to do but you have to do it anyway, and don't try to think of ways you can rationalize slacking on your diet, that's the equivlent of someone who's cutting waking up and eating a few donuts before their cardio.

^^ what Zodiac said. I feel sick from eating 4-5 times a week, my friends joke I have an eating disorder cuz I literally will force food down. You're not gonna gain as much as you could if you don't eat straight away

have protein shake, if it seems too much for morning.
try it in water should be ok.

As far as the lipolysis question goes, I'd say consuming BCAA's first thing and not eating till an hour later would be fine. I would never sweat an extra hour. In the end you just gotta do what you feel works best for you.
