A diet to go with my second AAS cycle.

I plan on doing a cutting cycle and its 9 Weeks long...

Test Propionate 100mg ED Weeks 1-8, EOD Week 9
Tren Ace 50mg ED Weeks 1-8
    Masteron 100mg EOD Weeks 1-8

I'm 20, 5'10 1/2, 218lbs, body fat 16-17%. I plan on doing cardio every morning on an empty stomach for 30 min and keeping my heart rate at about 130-140. I don't think catabolism would be too much of an issue while taking the Tren. I was planning on doing 2300calories a day with roughly 300 grams of protein, 150 grams of carbs and 40grams of fat. I'm not sure if I could go lower with the calorie intake or up the protein. And during/after the PCT would I continue to be eating the same to maintain the weight. Any advice would be nice...

Also I was wondering how many lbs of fat I could lose that would be reasonable in those 9 weeks.

I've already done one cycle and it was a bulk. And I mainly only want the AAS in there so I can preserve my muscle as much as possible because everytime I try cutting I lose a hell lot of strength and muscle.

Thats because your diet is bad. Its easy to keep and lbm and strength and cut at the same time.

Point of a cutting cycle is to cut, if I get my body fat down without the help of AAS then what the hells the point of doing a cutting cycle anymore. It seems like what most people say is you have to get cut before you can start a cutting cycle.

You need to list your diet with full macros for a critique.
2300 cals is too low to start off with, you will hit a wall and have no options to drop much lower.
Start at 3000 then adjust every 2 weeks by lowering cals 200ish, This way the body will not become used to your diet. The body is very good at staying in homeostasis (it fights to remain the same) so constantly changing the diet a little can help. Cycling carbs would be an idea for the same reason. Have a double complex carb day on one of your heaviest training days (legs maybe) and use off days for the low carb (you will be without a PWO shake for a start).
Fats look pretty low at 40g, I would bump to at least 60 as they play a vital role in fat loss, hormone regulation and general good health.

You will just be wasting your masteron if your 17% bf. You want to take masteron when your under 10% bf, thats when you'll notice its effects. If I were you I would cut without aas then when you get to 12% or under hit the aas. You will be much better off.

dude, I'm in the low 220's from the mid 250's and I have lost very little muscle/strength.

Cutting sucks but once your done, hit a lean bulk and stay lean year around.

Don't worry about AAS right now.

Start off at maintenance cals right now and drop very SLOWLY!! Don't forget the cardio and good luck!
