    calorie counting

    Ive been counting my calories by meals and such and was wondering if you fellas count in your calories from your beverage in. like if you have milk with your meal do you add in the calories from that?

    definitely; milk is a great source of nutrients and it also contains a lot of calories. depending on whether 0%, 1% or 2% and how much you drink, you could be taking in a very significant amount of calories. not including them in your calorie count would screw up any diet plans you are making by underestimating your caloric intake.
