Increasing cals....
When you find you arent gaining weight (or actually losing) on your set diet plan, do you typically increase youir cals by 250? 500? and from what macro? Carb?
I kow it really doesnt matter where those cals are placed, but what typically works best? Adding another evening meal?

well to increase weight, i usually would try add calories from carbs and protein.
thats what works best for me.

faiz, do you cheat ever? how many cals should I be taking in to keep my '6 pack' because if you didn't know, I can cut with the rest of them!! I do 20 min cardio on the incline every morning, should I stop this??? We just had an office party, let me post pics of cake but not eat it
Faiz, 15.5g carbs is daring bro!! I'd go 14.8, I mean if you want to keep that 6 pack

make an extremely simple bulking diet and actually follow it for a month (when i say that i mean follow it for 28 CONSECUTIVE days not a combined 28 days out of the year). are you really baffled as to how to gain weight or are you just bored?

and I have, but yet to find the correct cals that allows me to put on 1-2 a week....one diet was wayyy to high, this one appears to be to low, so I guess I need a middle of the ground......
