    Im not a fan of beans due to too much lard but a fan of fiber... to bad you have to take supplements to get a good dose of it. even with salads you get very little.

    im cutting and i get ruffly about 50g of fibre a day.

    most of my foods are from fibre anyway.

    i think its the best thing.
