    Tacos?

Are they good for you? I am 140 5'9 19 years old. Don't know if that makes a diffrence. Just ate them like and hour after workout and just wandered if it was good for me. Its the kind you make at home with ground meat and hard shells.

Seriously? No, they're not good for you.

You can make them a little better for you by dropping the cheese and using whole wheat tortilas but they're still not "good" for you.

At that weight I would say they are somewhat good for you. I wouldn't eat them immediately post work out but using some really nice lean ground beef, whole wheat shells and some lettuce and tomato I can see them being a decent source of carbs and protien. Especially if you pack em with beef. I make them from time to time.

You could also cook some chicken breast with taco seasoning and use that for the meat. Or do what they do in CA and have a fish taco .LOL. I tried one when I went out to LA a little while back and it wasn't too bad, just very strange.
