    Help with my diet

    6'4 255 23%bf
    Taking Cytomel and Stanotest
    Looking to drop body fat and get leaner

    Please critique this diet

    This is from yesterday, but is typical. I change the meat almost every day for variety. This day was Can Tuna for breakfast, Salmon Steak for lunch and Rib Eye for dinner. Yea, I know Rib Eye is fatty, but my wife fixed it and that doesn't happen often.

    Breakfast 9am-10am
    eggs, meat, oatmeal
    350cal, 27carbs, 45 prot, 7.5fat

    Muscle Milk (anything better?) 12pm
    195cal, 11carbs, 25prot, 6 fat

    Lunch 2pm-3pm
    Meat and cheese (usually cooked together with hot sauce)
    600cal, 10carbs, 69prot, 14fat

    Workout 6pm (should I eat a protein bar before workout)

    PWO Bar
    280cal, 30carb, 28prot, 9fat

    Dinner 9pm
    Meat, veggie (this was with rib eye, leaner with chicken or pork)
    1100cal, 42carbs, 75prot, 75fat

    Total
    2525cal, 120carbs, 242prot, 111.5

    The ratios don't seem right so any help is appreciated.

    I used that diet as the base for mine, but am having trouble tweaking the meals so that the ratios come out properly. I assume adding more lean meat to the meals would do the trick, but I was happy with the calories at 2500. Any suggestions?
