    carbs

    im taking about 250-300 carbs a day is that too much 4 cutting

    That entirely depends on where the carbs are coming from, their timing, how they fit into your daily macros, your cardio routine, your training routine, your weight, your bf, your responsiveness to carbs in general, the GI of your carbs...
