    Freebirds Burritos

    so if I got a super monster one, with a wheat tortilla, and ya know, steak, chicken, rice, cheese, and hot sauce. Thats a decent meal huh? For bulking.

    Any meal consisting of 1000+ calories in one sitting should definitely NOT be treated as a bulking meal. Consider that your occassional "cheat".

    Im at their website and for a Freebird Burrito(small or medium size) comes out to be...

    (with no beans, just chicken, wheat, cheese, rice, hot sauce)
    785 cals.
    27g fat (10.5 sat.) 88g carbs 48g protein
