    Cutting diet for a powerlifter/bodybuilder...

    I have been looking and researching... but I need some one to set it up... I thing I want to do fairly low carbs..... hight protien... and it had to be a cheap diet..,lol
    I can do two protien shakes a day... deer meat..... eggs.... salad..... creatine.... cottage chesse... yogert.... can some one set it up for me.. Im 235 lbs at about 15% to 20% bf.. Im on gear... I aslo want to do some cutting drugs... I just want to get to 9% bf can anyone help

    The only person that will set up a diet for you is a PT or a nutritionist. If you write one up here will help you tweak it so that it works but they are not going to do the work for you for free.

    I had a probodybuilder set one up for me... the guy really knew his stuff.. but I gained 15 lbs in two week... I kinda freaked out and stoped the diet... I do think I was leaner at the heavier weight...

    well u have all the info u need to "Set up" your OWN DIET.. no one here is going to make u one from scratch for free..
    if u gained 15lbs in 2 weeks then it was bloat ftw!

    doesnt hurt to read and learn on ur own btw..

    3 scoops designer whey in 16 oz water with ½ cup quick oats
    Meal #2
    8 oz chicken breast
    Meal #3
    3 scoops desinger whey/ creatine mixed in 18 oz water along with 4 Frozen Strawberries
    Meal #4
    8 oz chicken breast + medium sweet potato
    Meal #5
    8 oz chicken breast + 2 cups green vegetables
    Meal #6
    3 scoops desinger whey mixed in 18 oz Water along with 1 tsp Flax Oil
