I have been looking and researching... but I need some one to set it up... I thing I want to do fairly low carbs..... hight protien... and it had to be a cheap diet..,lol
I can do two protien shakes a day... deer meat..... eggs.... salad..... creatine.... cottage chesse... yogert.... can some one set it up for me.. Im 235 lbs at about 15% to 20% bf.. Im on gear... I aslo want to do some cutting drugs... I just want to get to 9% bf can anyone help
