I am in Outside Sales, so it is hard for me to watch what I eat at lunch. Mainly because my customers like to eat CRAP. Thats why they are all fat. But I want to get my diet and training routine down solid before I do anything for the summer.
I am 5' 10'' with about 15% body fat. My weight is about 210-213 lbs. I train about 4 days a week. But I can train more if needed.
So who here has a good link, or a good diet program. Also a link to a good AB routine.
I can monitor my mornings, afternoons, and evenings. Lunch is always hard to eat good.
Any info will help.
